I'd really like to find some threaded bolts or something.Ģ. Probably should've used one of those cranking type tools. Is there a good replacement for the roll pins in this rifle? They were incredibly difficult to remove and I marred the ends of them pretty good. With that out of the way, on to my ignorant questions!ġ. I gave it to my son last night and he is just over the moon. Getting the valve screwed back in was real work. Rebuilding this rifle was both quite enjoyable and quite frustrating. I also found a bad photocopy of the original manual online and the parts kit came with some rough instructions and a bad photocopy of the exploded diagram of the rifle. I found a lot of information about this rifle from "The Airgun Book" (1984) by John Walter, which I picked up in my local library (wow!). They're not very high quality pictures, though, so maybe not. I have about 20 some-odd pictures of the teardown in various stages if they would help anyone. I picked up a repair kit from Pyramid Air and got it all put back together last night. I've mentioned this particular rifle in a couple of other threads but I had some questions about it and I figured I'd put up a couple of pictures.īack in December, I bought the 347 off an older gentleman and was in a bit of a rush so I didn't even check to see if the rifle worked.
